3. Payment

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, wallets and bank transfer.
• All transactions are processed in EGP unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Policy

• Cancellations by You:
  • If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled safari date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date or for no-shows.
• Cancellations by Us:
  • If El Sherif Safari cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, at our discretion.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of El Sherif Safari or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
